oh, where do I begin? I had to chase down the front desk for irons over 2 whole days! Also, the room I booked was far smaller than advertised. Definitely witnessed some serious misleading marketing here. I was expecting a welcome gift or at least special treatment but just received the bare minimum instead. so disappointing.

great amenities , but some room for improvement
The hotel provided excellent luggage service, delivering my bags straight to my room. The king room was substantially larger than many options nearby, easily accommodating two large suitcases. I also appreciated the lounge area, where I enjoyed complimentary snacks in the evenings.
It would be better if there has a bathtub or hot spring facilities.
